SMC: Questionnaire for parents of children aged 0-6 years?

I’m doing a university project with the CBBC on child/parent user experience & design of their website/programmes/apps. I would be very appreciative if anyone within this target audience could spare a minute or two to answer these questions if they are a parent of a child aged between 0-6 years.
